Organization citizenship


  1. A perspective that employees have whereby they extend their behaviors beyond the normal duties of their position.
  2. Extent to which an individual's voluntary support and behavior contributes to the organization's success.
  3. An individual's belief in and acceptance of organizational goals and values.
  4. An individual's willingness to exert effort toward organizational goal accomplishment.
