Team Work


  1. The process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal.
  2. Team work is often a crucial part of a business, as it is often necessary for colleagues to work well together, trying their best in any circumstance. Team work  means that people will try to cooperate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between individual's.
  3. Cooperative or coordinated effort on the part of a group of personsacting together as as team or in the interests of common cause.
  4. When a group of people work together cohesively, towards a common goal, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance.
  5. "Teamwork is combined efforts, or the actions of a group of persons who work together as a team or in the interest of a common cause".
